Not far from Brunico and near the recreation and ski area Plan de Corones lies our farm Fuchshof. Here, you may experience South Tyrol’s rural world first hand and enjoy your family vacation in one of our four high-quality apartments in Val Pusteria.
We’ve put our hearts are in these apartments, we named them (Perca, Plan de Corones, Ried and Brunico) and furnished them for you with great attention to detail. Feel at home on 42 m² and enjoy the elegantly equipped kitchen with toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, kettle and more.
Spend a relaxing evening with your partner or with the entire family, unwind in your comfortable living room with sofa bed, sitting area and satellite TV, while the balcony with its unique view of the Vedrette di Ries and the Plan de Corones invites you to linger and sip a glass of South Tyrolean wine.
Enjoy the views of the surrounding peaks of the Dolomites, sparkling in the morning sun, while you eat breakfast. We are happy to supply you with fresh bread rolls in the mornings, so you may start your new day in your accommodation at Plan de Corones full of energy.

The holiday apartment Perca offers approx. 42 m² offers space for up to 4 persons. It is located on the 2nd floor and comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable living area with sofa bed and a bedroom with up to three beds. This way, your entire family may feel at home in our apartment at Plan de Corones.
This apartment has a balcony that with its grandiose views invites you to relax and simply feel good. Here, you may dream or plan your next excursion: A bicycle tour on the Val Pusteria Bike Path, a hike to the famous Lake Braies or a climbing tour to Mount Elmo or the Three Peaks.

From the cosy and fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with sofa bed and dining table you may access the balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the Val Pusteria and the surrounding Dolomites. In our accommodation at the Plan de Corones your children will also feel completely at ease: A playground for kids and a large lawn for sunbathing invite you to romp and play.

Our farm Fuchshof is ideally located for exploring South Tyrol by public transport free of charge. The bus stop for the Citybus Perca and – in the winter – for the ski bus is directly opposite our farm. On foot or by bike, the train will take you to the most popular cities in our region: Bressanone, Bolzano and Merano. The train station can be reached from our farm by foot in just 10 minutes. Also, within 10 minutes’ walk:
- the supermarket MPreis with its great variety of offers
- the Pizzeria Koriander
- the tavern Riverside in the sports zone Perca, which is known for its exclusive burgers
- the ski area “Plan de Corones” close to Brunico
If you prefer to transport your valuable winter gear by car to the most popular ski resort in the Pusteria Valley, you will receive a free parking card for the car park directly next to the gondola lift, which can be reached in just 2 minutes by car. In just 10 minutes by car you may also reach the restaurant Moar in Oberwielenbach, where you may taste the traditional South Tyrolean cuisine; or the Pyramidencafe in Oberwielenbach, which is known for Walli’s homemade cakes.
After an exciting day on the slopes you should not only treat yourself to a delicious cake, but also plan a visit to the Cron 4 in Riscone. Here, you will find several swimming pools and a truly outstanding spa facility. In the summer, you may visit the outdoor pool in Valdaora. After plenty of water fun, in the evening, you and your children may relax on our farm in Perca, visit the stable and help feeding the animals.

Price conditions and discounts
The prices are for a stay of at least 3 nights per apartment and night with an occupancy of 2 persons. The price includes: fully equipped kitchen, TV, electricity and heating, dishwasher, dishwasher detergent, bread roll service, parking and final cleaning, as well as all fees and taxes, with the exception of local taxes. The amount of the local tax is calculated on the basis of the municipal ordinance in force at the time of the stay in the municipal area (€ 1.35 per person and day from 14 years). Child discounts Children under 3 years stay for free. Infant equipment available free of charge on request.

Pets
For your four-legged family member, we charge 5,00 € per day (without food) Please bring the basket or blanket for your darling. Please note that your pet will not be damaged in the apartment, otherwise the cost of damage will be included in the price! For the sake of our other guests, pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Surcharges and terms of payment
Deposit: We are looking forward to written reservations via e-mail. The reservation is valid as soon as the deposit of 150,00 € per week has been paid. Please state your name as reason for transfer.

The cancellation conditions below also apply. For stays of less than 3 days, the surcharge per person per night is €10.00. The costs of the final cleaning are included in the price.
Payment:
You can pay on site conveniently with a credit card or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) or even comfortably in cash. Since January 2016, in Italy is no longer allowed to pay amounts of more than 2,999.99 euros in cash.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14:00. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you. Departure: On departure day, please leave your room not later than 10:30. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code. According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code): You may cancel your reservation until 30 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period. Nevertheless, we recommend that you complete the “Cancellation Protection” as soon as you book your stay. This means that the cancellation fees can be covered and you can look forward to your holiday in peace.
